Howard is very knowledgeable, easy to work with, explains options, kept us informed during the process and sells a quality window at a fair price. "Representative arrived to provide me with an estimate to replace 4 weather worn window screens, he showed me the screen material and made me aware the other window would soon need to be replaced on how brittle they were, it would not be long before other screens would be needed to replaced, he gave me a a discounted price to do them all at once, I then hired him for 21 screens throughout the whole house. He came back the next day to install them all and left me a nice clean job. I could have taken them to ace hardware to do them but I would have to remove them myself and take them and pick them up and I have to install it myself. There was no way I could do that myself, so a neighbor had serviced them before and that how I found him and happy that its done and over before it got cold. I dont care to do reviews but I had to do this one. Good guys and very professional "
