"I have used Touchstone Group Construction on multiple projects in our vintage Greystone two-flat on Chicago's southside: new bath on 2nd floor that required a complete gut, variety of plumbing work throughout the entire building, complete reno of our basement install of Crown-Molding in 1st floor unit, install of light fixtures. We are so happy with results. The work is always fantastic, pricing is very competitive. This is a professional operation, they know what it takes to get the job done and they have the resources. And most importantly, renovation especially of a historic building always has surprises. "After a bumpy start I was able to get an estimate on work for my condo. Their estimator came out, reviewed the damages, and took measurements. He also answered my questions regarding materials and building codes.

Their were some issues in getting the estimate as quickly as I needed, but Mary was able to get me what I needed. The owner called me himself to apologize for the delay and confirm I had everything I needed. This shows me they care about their reputation and delivering good customer service."

Price was a bit higher than I initially budgeted for but the quality of work more than made up for the higher cost. I was very pleased with the whole job being completed in 3 weeks when it was initially estimated for a 4 week process. Any future home construction jobs in the future, I will immediately call this contractor first.
