"I couldn't have asked for better service. I spoke with Mario the day before I made the appointment to confirm that he could repair our old Roper dryer that stopped working (the drum didn't turn). I gave him the model and serial number and he was able to determine the year (around 2001). I called a couple of other places but came back to Mario. I made an appointment for a Saturday (today, actually). Mario called in the morning to let me know he was going to arrive in 10 minutes. He met my husband and I at the door. Took off his shoes. He turned on our dryer and immediately said it was the motor. He took apart the dryer and checked the belt, which was fine. He replaced the motor and was done within a half hour. GREAT for a Saturday morning! We're looking forward to being able to dry our clothes. THANK YOU, MARIO!"

"Feel I was a victim of a scam perpetrated by this company. They were hired by Best Buy to swap out a new but defective dishwasher I recently purchased from Best Buy. I arranged access to the house from out of state. They called me to advise of a “defective water valve”. Valve was fine prior. My contract was with Best But but this subcontractor demanded $150 to replace the ~$5 screw on valve (2 minute job during dishwasher swap) before they would complete the swap. Currently disputing charge. Best Buy has been of no help, and a company with which I will no longer conduct future business."
