I couldn't have asked for better service. I spoke with Mario the day before I made the appointment to confirm that he could repair our old Roper dryer that stopped working (the drum didn't turn). I gave him the model and serial number and he was able to determine the year (around 2001). I called a couple of other places but came back to Mario. I made an appointment for a Saturday (today, actually). Mario called in the morning to let me know he was going to arrive in 10 minutes. He met my husband and I at the door. Took off his shoes. He turned on our dryer and immediately said it was the motor. He took apart the dryer and checked the belt, which was fine. He replaced the motor and was done within a half hour. GREAT for a Saturday morning! We're looking forward to being able to dry our clothes. THANK YOU, MARIO!

Excellent. Mario came within 24 hrs, knew exactly what the problem was, replaced the closing screws in a better location and the whole thing took about 30 minutes. Mario is knowledgeable , reliable, punctual and well priced. I highly recommend him for appliance repair.
