Then he thought that was too low, so he went back to his truck to make some changes and came back with a lower quote, but I said well I want the $5100 quote for the entire job as quoted before. After he made changes to the contract, I signed. The next day his workers come out start working. They took the toilet and sink and then he calls me and tells me "Oh you have to buy the materials. He could have told me that up front but instead he said look at the contract. He was very misleading. This guy should be band from Angie's List. I had to spend additional $600 dollars for back splash. Then he tells me I owe him $168 dollars for materials that his workers bought that was not part of the contract. Like contractor garbage bags, pencils, water, etc. I just paid him and told him I will finish the work. Now I have to buy a toilet and a sink for my vanity that he took. B******."

"contracted 12x14 deck with half moon extention should have been another 24 inches. half moon extention should have been 14 feet. He drew what I wanted but didn't show me if I had seen his drawings this complain could have been avoided miscommunication on his part led to problems. I changed my mind about the wooden deck to composite materials. Wrote check 3000 dollars for purchase of composite materials. He purchased materials and delivered it to my backyard. Frame went up to 12x14 deck. Needed to talk to him in person workers took off 24 inches on each side making deck 10x14..we had a disagreement when I told him I wanted a 12x14 deck which he promised to correct. He procedeed to tell his workersto remove paid for track deck materials. Left property with workers will not return txt or phone calls. He now has 13000 dollars of my money. and will not answer my calls or txt."
