It was great customer service.  I called the morning of 10/12/2015, he was at my house by noon /same day.  The gentleman that provided the service was very courteous, efficient and helpful.  I could not have asked for better service.

Based on Angie's List reviews, called 1st Choice to see about scheduling an appointment to re-key my house sometime in the next week.  They were immediately responsive and at my house in under 2 hours from receiving my call.  So nice and super efficient. Provided Angie's List discount without my asking for it (I referenced that was my referral source upon initial call).  Truly couldn't have gone better!  Thanks so much!

I called 1st Choice Locksmith because one of the deadbolt locks on our house was sprung.  1st Choice said he could come by and replace the lock, the only solution, or I could do it myself.  Once he explained how easy it was and what kind of lock to buy, I decided to try it on my own.  I found exactly what I needed at Hillsboro hardware, and the replacement went smoothly.  Kudos to 1st Choice for really providing helpful service instead of just trying to make a buck.  When we need a locksmith, I'm going to call 1st Choice.

He answered the phone right away and was at our house within a few hours. He was friendly and helpful. When he wasn't able to open the lock he came up with another way to get into the garage. He was great! We also got a discount for finding him on Angie's list which was a bonus.

Called early in the morning asking them to come at their convenience.  Their locksmith arrived a couple of hours later.  He was extremely courteous and professional.  The work was done quickly and everything worked perfectly when we was done.  I would definitely call them again if I need their services.

He wss great. I had this done for my mom and he arrived at her house before I did. He was professional and did the work quickly. I will definitely call him again.

 Bill changed 3 locks on my new home. On top of that, he noticed that one of the deadbolts did not close all the way and spent 30 minutes fixing and replacing that deadbolt problem at no cost. 

He answered personally and promptly. He arrived within the promised 30 minutes from the call. He was friendly, clean, and totally professional.
We hadn't had a re-key in years, so were slightly surprised by $18 x 9 re-keys. He charged a $50 service call fee plus tax. The total was $220 for 5 doors with 8 keys. Glad it's off our to-do list so quickly!
Because he was listed first with Angie's List, we trusted him to do the job well. We are happy and will gladly refer him and use him again when needed.

I was quite happy with Mr. Crousser's service.  He was able to schedule my work the day after I called him.  We'll be calling him again if we should need locksmith services in the future.

Good old fashioned service without the upsell ! Will use again if needed.
