Called late morning. Randy answered. Said he was on another job in the south suburbs but could be out in about 4 hours the same day. That worked with our schedule. Randy called approximately four hours later to say he was on his way and would be to my house in about 10 minutes. Showed up as indicated. Work took about and frac12; hour. Very personable.

Would definitely recommend and would use again.

Drove to Randy's home based on the address in Angie's list. He was taken aback as he said he is only a mobile locksmith working out of his house. However, he did agree to come over the following day to rekey our existing locks and makes new keys using the key from the new lock that came with the new door we had purchased. He then called to say he couldn't make it the following day but could he come over right away, which worked great for us. Randy was very efficient and rekeyed 3 locks and created new keys right out of his truck. Took less than an hour. We are very happy with his service.

He came and fixed a lock that was falling apart. He arrived the same day, actually like a half hour after we spoke. He lived in town which was good that he was familiar with the neighborhood. He was a very honest guy and I trusted him, I would even refer him to my neighbors. It's hard to find someone in the lock business to trust.

He came the day I called. Performed the work and explained what he was doing the whole time. He was done in less than an hour. He was great.

Randy was TERRIFIC. He was totally available and super punctual. Positive attitude guy. Works out of his van so he is almost always available.

He came on weekend, $75 service visit, told us are locks did not need to be replaced, took them apart and refurbished them where neccesary and lubricated them. He made us extra keys. $113 total. Very reasonable an professional.

He was very nice and flexible and his communication on which deadbolt to purchase was great. His prices were reasonable I would recommend him highly.

I called on a Saturday, expecting to get a machine. Randy Kranz answered and I told him what I needed done. He said I'm in your area now and can do the job today at no extra charge for a Saturday. He arrived when he said he would and completed the work with all the parts on his truck. I would definitely use him again.

I called first thing in the morning and Randy was available immediately. We agreed upon a time - he was about 15 minutes late, but not a problem for me. He was extremely nice, straightforward, clearly told me how much it was going to cost and accomplished the work promptly and did a nice job. In fact, he fixed some doors that were not aligned properly or that needed some other adjustment. Also, he corrected some door handles in my house that had been put on incorrectly at no charge. It was a great experience - he was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him.

I found my go to locksmith. Randy did a great job! Arrived on time (early actually), great value for the work, didn't try to upsell anything, fixed one latch on a door and the handle on a storm door for free. He even took the time to educate me on the locking mechanism on a french door that leads out to the back yard. I asked for his opinion on the safety of separate door with a large window and he was very honest and never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. In fact he made me feel better about the lock that was already in place. I will definitely recommend to others.

I needed the locks on my parents house changed as soon as possible and the gentleman came out within an hour and a half of me calling him. The locks were not easy to change and he took the time to do it right! He was very professional, friendly and meticulous in his workmanship. This company is wonderful. I live in Phoenix, and needed a locksmith to decipher an issue on one of my rental units. My tenants were having a hard time inserting and removing their keys after they unlocked the door. Not only did All Secure work with ME easily, but they were very professional with my tenants, as well. The company was very honest, too! Although my deadbolts/locks are quite old, they were in decent shape, and the unit just needed cleaned well. They didn't try to sell me an entirely new lock unit for the door! They were flexible with their availability, showed up at the unit on time, and delivered amazing, honest service. Living in Phoenix, I need to trust my vendors, as I can't "be there" to supervise the work. I'lll call them again in a heartbeat!
