Green Clean

Had Green Clean out to my home to have the carpets cleaned. Jonathan did a wonderful job and was so polite and helpful. He explained some stains from the kids would not come out fully but honesty is the best policy. Will be recommending this company to friends and family.

The technician, Tony, was friendly and on time. He addressed my concerns and reassured me he could fix my problems. After he returned my rugs, they looked renewed and brighter! Will definitely use again.

The tech seemed like a nice enough guy but it seemed like a typical bait and switch ripoff. After I didn’t want the $500 worth of extra services, the tech hurriedly dragged an air compressor and a carpet extractor into the house, which looked much different than the HEPA equipment pictured on the website. He scrubbed out a few feet beyond the registers and stuck a vacuum hose with a small attachment a couple feet into the return. I asked him if the entire interior of the ducts had been physically scrubbed and he said, “no, because you don’t have a basement so there’s no way to cut the holes to reach,” even though there is a 4ft. crawl space to access the registers and an attic to access the returns, which he didn’t ask about. He charged for four cleaning four trunk lines at $29.95 a piece, which I didn’t see happen based on your website’s definition of a trunk line, and $69.95 for cleaning the air handler if that means cutting a small hole and sticking an air hose into it. He got out with $325 in about an hour.”

This company’s customer service and over-all performance exceeded expectation. It was easy to schedule a consultation and the services that were recommended were completed the same day. The technician, Dave M, was friendly, polite, and extremely hard working. I was impressed by how quickly he was able to complete the job and was very pleased with the final result. I was also happy to give business to a company dedicated to using non-toxic, environmentally friendly products and methods.
