"I've been dealing with this company since the beginning of the year.1-5-25. This is the most unprofessional company to work with. From lack of communication, follow through, and completion of my project. I started with the first associate, was handed off to the next associate, given engineered plans that didn't even apply to the building I was installing, sent corrections that weren't correct, resent the plans that were incorrect and haven't received anything since. I was transferred to a manager, whom never contacted me until i contacted Rueben the so called supervisor. With his lack of follow through and Joann's inability to finalize my plans, I'm still waiting. I've reached out numerous times and still no contact from this so called professional firm. "The garage is nice but the concrete company West-Crete Construction that is contracted by Coach House is horrible. By that I mean a unexpectable quality of work (cosmetically, performance structurely, and ability to rectify their obviously bad job). Even after Jack with coach house agreed that he would not be happy if this driveway was done at his house Noone hass kept any of their promises to help make it right. After spending $60,000 all i van do is write true reviews and settle for unacceptable work."

A couple of weeks later the leak continued from the same spot in the ceiling. The tech again came out and claimed it was another leak in a different spot although the leak inside was in the exact same spot. They did not fix the problem the first time and wanted more money for this “new leak.”"
