"The company was paid to diagnose and fix a leak to my roof. They determined that a small patch of roof needed to be replaced. A couple of weeks later the leak continued from the same spot in the ceiling. The tech again came out and claimed it was another leak in a different spot although the leak inside was in the exact same spot. They did not fix the problem the first time and wanted more money for this “new leak.”"

Strafford Window Mfg. manufacturers custom wood windows for barns, sheds, stables, pool houses, cabin, porches and interior applications in the home. Our quality claims specialists, field supervisors, managers, installers, inspectors, and office staff have you covered for all your buildings roofing, siding, gutter, and exterior needs.

"It went terrible. I was supposed to get a 40 year shingle put on and instead got a cheap 25 year generic shingles put on. Then they tried to charge me for putting icemelt all the way around the house because that’s what our city code is after we already agreed upon a price. Stay away from these people they’re terrible"
