This did not go well. Anyone using this company, I believe is in for a disappointment, not to mention expense necessary to right all the wrongs. I enlisted construction that was to be done mid April 2000. I could see the home would likely NOT be finished on time whereby I informed the builder, I was not going to close befere it was done. HOURS before the time scheduled for closing, on the final walk through, the driveway was not poured, the HVAC was not installed and many other tasks incomplete. The two (husband and wife) were frantically caling their subcontractors with about 3 hours to go before closing. I stated, we were not ready to close; at which they said, "We are travelling to Washington DC. today, we have to close. I told them we would close when they return. In 14 years THOUSANDS have been spent on correcting what was not done. The home had no wrap put over sheeting. The deck was about to fall off but was repaired. Fianally dryvit had to be removed and major structural repair as the wood was rotted due to leaks from poor roof design.
