He is a local builder.  He has excellent sense of design and he went to architectural school.  He has done several things for us.  We recently had our kitchen and much of our upstairs remodeled and that involved new cabinets, new counter tops, new floors and he also put a sprinkler system outside.  He can do just about anything.  He build in our television set downstairs and he did all of this at once which started out as just the new counter tops.  He is a builder so he could do all of these things and he is an electrician.  It started off as something small and it just exploded.  He is not cheap but he is very good.  One can find contractors and builders in the area who will charge a lot less but he is really top of the line.  He is not just a builder; he can design for you which is quite impressive.  He built our home 30 years ago.  But the remodeling was an extreme one where he took out everything, replaced everything and he did not do just the floors for the kitchen he did the floors throughout downstairs as well as the irrigation outside and that involved not just remodeling but the plumbing, and electrical.  He did not have to call different people to do all that.
