SCAMMERS!!!! Tried several times for them to provide me with a itemized estimate after a month of waiting I went with someone else and then they threaten a lien

It went terrible. I was supposed to get a 40 year shingle put on and instead got a cheap 25 year generic shingles put on. Then they tried to charge me for putting icemelt all the way around the house because that’s what our city code is after we already agreed upon a price. Stay away from these people they’re terrible

They only work on insurance claims. Once my insurance company denied my claim, Aloha stopped all communications.

The senior homeowner contacted this company for a bid to repair the roof on her east central Illinois home. She was told she had to sign a document to authorize them to inspect her roof. She was not told the document was not an inspection authorization but an agreement for them to do the repair, and when told they would not get the job, they indicated they would charge a 15% cancellation fee! BUYER BEWARE!

The work went very well. The company worked with me and insurance company. There were no problems and after approval for repairs, Aloha provided several samples. The quality of the reef material was high. Installation was done on the scheduled day. The work crew was professional and courteous. The crew cleaned the site thoroughly. The company representative, Josh Bruno, kept in contact with me through the entire process. The work is finished and I am pleased with this experience.

Excellent. They moved our job up because of it leaking so badly (it was 20 years overdue for replacement), The crew were professional and hard working. Our account rep, Cheyenne, was amazing in answer our questions, checking in on us throughout the process to ensure things were going well and we were satisfied.

Here are the qualities I cite that Aloha has as a construction company:   1.  Reasonable cost.   They were below several estimates of leading roof companies.  2.   Promptness and Speed.  The job was started and finished quickly.  3.  Cleanliness.   They left the yard better and cleaner than before the job started.  4.  A Pleasant and appealing job.   I look at my house now and it's features and appeal are more attractive.  5.  Profession demeanor and qualities.  They maintained a good attitude, and they did what they said they would do. I recommend Aloha Construction.

The subcontractors doing the work were good. The lead from Aloha (Kirk) was terrific to work with. The slimy representative Gary was a nightmare. His sleazy salesman lines and attitude absolutely are a turn off. His disrespectful attitude towards the insurance company and adjuster are appalling. I almost didn't get to experience the good work from Kirk and the subcontractors due to being repulsed by Gary.

PERFECT, Amazingly uncomplicated & hasselfree! Gary Reagan handled everything & always always answered his cell phone & took care of meeting with insurance adjuster, climbing on the roof to take pictures to ensure a total roof claim, Explained to me what to expect & what to check such as the shingle delivery. Mostly I was impressed by Gary's call to ME, asking if roofing crew was problem-free. The roofing crew were great, professional & kind as they caught dog when it got out of house & were careful to remove nails outside front door throughout the day for me & my dog. Payment was extremely burden-free. Aloha waited for both payments, waited until I received my insurance checks to pay them so I did not pay anything up-front. I was also happy with the high quality & choices of shingle colors. Gary Reagan gave last insurance money tip: Because of the high quality grade of shingle, I can apply to my insurance Co. for a discount. Gary is who you want to contact if possible, but everyone I had contact with were "nice people". Also the person in charge of the gutters came back on a separate day to ensure the angles were correct & REPOSITIONED & lengthened the downspouts, which I need to have done previously to correct foundation water. The crew was so accommodating!

Aloha Construction is AWESOME!!! After a Hail Storm, I needed my home and garage roofs replaced....They were easy to work with, got the work done quickly and professionally. They did  everything they were supposed to! Alison was great to deal with, she explained the process of getting my roof done so I knew what to expect and she kept in touch with me, answering any and all questions I had. Their crew was in and out in one day, with the exception of another crew coming out and putting on all the gutters, which was also done quickly!  I would recommend them to EVERYONE I know!!! You can't go wrong with them! They also did quite a few homes around me and everyone was very pleased!! Call them for your roofing needs!!!!
