"Our air went out at the start of summer during an extremely hot period (90's+!). Due to the way our place is set up, it was a REALLY tough install that required using a crane to get the AC on the roof, and pulling the water heater - which it turns out needed replacement also (ugh!). Rich came to our rescue, even loaning us a portable AC that we could use until the install could be done. He worked hard, and coordinated well with the plumber we had in to pull/replace the water heater. He was friendly, very flexible and did good work. We're very happy with the service he gave us. On top of all of this, his price was very reasonable. Much less than the other guys and some of them took one look at our system and flat out refused the job! I highly recommend you call Rich and skip some of the "big names" in town that want to charge more, and work less hard for you. "Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
