"This is our third time having our French Limestone kitchen floor and granite countertops refinished but it is the first time we have used Natural Stone Restoration, Inc. to do the job. The quality of the work was outstanding and far exceeded that done by other companies. We also appreciated that Zuka elected to be on site supervising and that he was candid about the need to refinish varieties of floor tile we have in other rooms. Our home is on the National Historic Register and is also a Lake Forest Landmark. When we questioned Zuka about refinishing the original hand hewn slate tile in the foyer, he discouraged us from making the 1929 tiles look new saying the refinishing would detract from the original master craftsmanship and alter the patina of the floor. He obviously knows his craft and sacrificed a sale to preserve a legacy. I also like him. He is a consummate professional."

"Bella custom cleaning came to our home where a ceramic tile floor of about 440sqfeet needed cleaning and sealing. They arrived early and we looked at the floor together. We were told that some of the areas would not come clean as new due to how long it had been since the floor had been laid down(about 30 yrs) We understood this issue.
