"Originally, we were introduced to Midtown when we were looking for quotes for replacing our raised brick patio with a deck. Which we eventually decided to keep our existing patio. Since then, we've worked with midtown for two projects now one for replacing our 26+ year old roof this past winter and a new custom door for to our patio. I wish we had asked more questions upfront. The quality of work was poor, especially drywall and basic carpentry skills. The average time spent was 10 hours/week. When they started work, all needed materials were in, yet it took over 7 weeks to complete. Requests for a schedule were evaded. There is no crew it is Rich, and occasionally Linda to assist. Very poor time management at the customer expense. Their lack of transparency regarding certain paperwork was troubling. What should have been a rewarding project became a large disappointment."
