"They did a poor job. Within 3 months, plants started growing in between the asphalt. The company refuses to come fix it and is adamant it is done correctly against seal coating companies saying that it is poorly done. I was informed to seal coat the aspahlt within 3 months/in fall, and the driveway didnt last that long. He refuses to give me the terms and conditions to the "warranty" on the driveway despite several times asking. He only picks up responses to getting paid and accepting work. Also do not view the "estimate", it is a trick to get you to accept their work. Communication is difficult with this company unless its about giving them money. Would not recommend."

"It didn't. I had a need to build a retaining wall in my front garden. Gallardo's was one of the vendors recommended by Angi. I got an immediate response which was good, requesting more details and, if possible photos of the requested work. I responded, providing details and photos ask requested. I never heard back. I sent a follow up again requesting a quote. I got nothing. Ghosting potential customers is not a good business practice. I do have some future projects in mind but Gallardo's won't even be considered. No way to run a business. You can bet I will chat with friends and family and advise them not to consider Gallardo's even if recommended by Angi."

"Tom was an incredible resource and project manager for our home backyard project. He worked with us to get the brick materials we wanted for our patio. He helped us install an area of artificial turf as well. His team worked hard and were working every day during the work week until project completed. Highly recommend Tom!"

"After a year of working with us, Marc designed the perfect home for our family. He spent significant time on site to get to know the space and spoke to us frequently to ensure his design met our hopes and dreams. "The quality of the work was poor, the sod was laid and not rolled out which is preventing the sod from catching and causing the lawn to look uneven, the grass seed/ dirt was spread sporadically over the front lawn without focusing on the bare spots which was the ultimate goal of the seeding. (for treatment/solution to holes in the lawn to promote grass growth in those areas.) Also there was very little grass seeds or dirt spread to back lawn. I brought this to Kevin's attention and he said he would take care of it and that he ran out of dirt, also his response to my calls or e-mails was not timely or not at all. I called and text him on several occasions requesting that he comes to complete the job and he never showed up to complete the job as promised. I also feel the additional cost he charged ($1500) to lay 4 to 5 rolls of sod for 20 ft. x 24 ft. area (480 sq. ft.) , was over priced and he took advantage of me and I am a victim of price gouging. His initial quote he gave me was 3400 (for the seeding, retainer wall removal, aeration, power raking, cutting the grass, plant 1 bush) but I just noticed he has put 3500 on the contract so even in that instance I paid him $100 more than what was agreed upon. The contract that he wanted me to sign was very extensive and "construction focused" and did not address everything we had discussed for this project. It basically was an agreement to ensure payment and cover himself if I did not pay. When I noticed the contract did not list line by line description of the scope of the work I brought that to his attention and asked him to include what the job would intel ( work order) listing what we had talked about. He told me he would bring it when he came to do the job. I didn't receive anything, but he had already came to to start the job. By the time he finally came to start the job I had received a warning from the village due to my grass had grown more then 5 inches waiting for him to come and take care of cutting the grass when he was to start the project. The overall communication and follow up with this company is not good and they do not provide detailed scope of work orders even when requested."

"Michael has not shown up for the 10am appointment per Giovanni who contacted me yesterday and scheduled the appointment. It is now 11am. No one call or follow up at all. Waited for an hour and no show. This is not how business works. Can't trust your company already since you can't even committee a simple appointment. Very disappointed and waisted my valuable time. Please don't call my number anymore. I would give no star but not an option. Highly NOT recommended!!"
