ANN SACKS TILE STONE & PLUMBING

This wasn t the first time that I have used this plumbing company. I like the way they call when they are on the way to my house. They are honest and do a good job. I think they are a little on the high side but the work is good.

Jill is creative and extremely helpful. I needed so much help picking things out and she sat with me and made great suggestions about which materials look best together. When some of the marble arrived broken they were immediately replaced. The material is beautiful and looks very unique! It is expensive but worth it (unless you are getting something boring that you can get anywhere--but this is the place to go for beautiful, unique stone or just classic and high quality materials). They also made suggestions about grout color and recommended a good countertop installer.

The Chicago location of Ann Sacks is so rude that I use the one in Wisconsin. Their sales reps have a terrible attitude and treat the customer like they're doing them a huge favor by telling someone pricing. They either need to be nicer, or put prices on the tiles.

THE TILE TOOK THE FULL 8 WEEKS TO BE MANUFACTURED AND DELIVERED, BUT THEY WORKED WITH ME TO GET IT SHIPPED AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE TO MAKE MY DEADLINE. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE BEAUTIFUL, THOUGH A LITTLE ON THE PRICEY SIDE.
