Perfect Granite And Marble

They got the job done very quickly. Only reason I am giving 4 stars is because it was quite expensive for how quick and easy the job was.

We had an amazing experience with Karol and his team. Karol was super responsive, and his team was respectful and punctual. They hit some unexpected issues during installation, but handled them quickly and with zero collateral damage. They also met our incredibly tight timeline. Karol was significantly less expensive than the other quotes. While it seems too good to be true, they were better than we even hoped.

From the first call to the final install, Karol was excellent to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable on stone and current trends and gave us very good advise for upgrading our countertops in a cost-effective manner since we are prepping the house for selling. The crew that did the install was prompt, professional, and did high-quality work. They took care to lay covers on our floors to protect them and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. They didn't waste time; they got to work immediately and finished the job in a timely manner. We have a U-shape kitchen and they removed the old countertops/sink and installed new countertops & new sink. We are thinking of having the bathrooms done now since Karol's pricing is so much better than the 4 other quotes we received. Extremely good pricing and craftsmanship.

The team came over to reattach the kitchen sink to the granite. First, they separated the one attached sink from the granite and let the sink drop. The team did a great job on the sink/ granite repair. Then I was informed a water pipe broke. A pipe that worked fine until they came. I realized the pipe broke when hit by the sink. A worker called the owner who recommended they repair the water hose. They went to Menards to purchase a pipe and tried fixing. I asked if they knew what they were doing and they said 'No'. I told them to stop because I didn't want anything else broken. Of course, that was too late because another pipe was detached by then. I called a plumber to come out the same day then called the owner of the Granite company. He was awesome. He agreed to pay for plumbing repairs and profusely apologized for the damage to pipes. He seemed like a professional businessman doing the right thing. Sink/ Granite work was great. It was simply the fact that care wasn't taken to protect water pipes. The owner subtracted the plumbing cost from the overall cost of work done. This was very reasonable.

Work went great. They showed up when expected preformed the work quickly and professionally. Final installation looked great.

Great job. Picked our color ,Karol measured and had crew out fast. They installed earlier than expected . Professional and courtous. The crew was fantastic answered my questions covered area cleaned up and did a fantastic job.

The team did an amazing job, making sure the stone was installed, and cut perfectly. Karol is one of the most professional tradesmen I've ever worked with. His attention to detail is excellent. He took two trips to the marble warehouse with me to pick out the perfect slabs and he even discussed the placement of the cuts so that the most beautiful pieces would be profiled in my space. Very respectful of my home. I will absolutely use him, and recommend him for the future.

karol was very responsive and fairly priced.  I choose him because of the other positive reviews here.  His installers were couteous and professional.  The did not cut corners and even with a difficult install and knowing we were selling the home maintained a high quality of work that will guarantee repeat business and referrals.  

Karol was extremely professional. He came to our home, discussed a variety of options that fit our budget, and then installed our new kitchen counters. We have a VERY large island, for which we choose a very clear black piece of granite. It was beautiful. Unfortunately the supplier of the granite did not disclosure some deficiencies with the stone. When I notified Karol of the issue, he came back to our home, and attempted to repair the stone. When Karol determined that it could not be repaired, despite that this was clearly the supplier's fault, he stood by his work, and replaced the stone at no cost. 
The new counter is stunning, and we have had no problems. We were extremely pleased with the quality, price and superb service. We called several suppliers, Perfect Granite was a perfect fit!

Karol came out to template and a week later his crew came with the perfectly cut countertop. Karol is extremely easy to work with and responds quickly to emails, texts and phone calls so you are never left waiting for answers. His crew was professional and did an amazing job protecting the house and installing the countertop.

I called on a Saturday and he came out on Monday AM. Cleaned up after the job and was super polite and professional. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Granite and Marble is a very appropriate name for this company! The granite counter they fabricated for my Master Bathroom was perfection!!!

I really appreciated the amount of time Karol spent educating me on the whole process of fabricating my counter. He helped me understand why some of the details shown on the drawings for my counter were causing the price to be higher than necessary. Thanks to Karol, I was able to make some changes that resulted in a less expensive installation and a much better design.

Karol also met me at the granite warehouse to help me pick out the slab of Volga Blue granite. He showed me how to look for the flaws in the granite that would make fabrication more difficult.

Every detail of my granite counter, from the mitered edges to the backsplash, the 1/4" reveal, the 4" apron, the invisible joints, the waterfall side panel, etc..., is exquisite. Even the cut-out in the backsplash for the light switch (which was very close to the edge of the granite) was done in one piece.

Perfect Granite & Marble's attention to every detail exceeded my expectations. The granite counter is truly beautiful and a demonstration of great skill. It's a work of art!

Spoke to Karl a number of times over a period of about a month.  He was always responsive and polite, using both phone and email to communicate. 
He first helped me to understand what had happened to the original counter top causing the granite to crack--poor installation from another vendor.  He then sent me to his marble supplier who was able to produce three different slabs of rare green granite from which I could choose one for my kitchen.  He and his crew had to make several trips to my home to size-up the job, measure for the installation which involved a sink cut-out, and then do the actual installation. 
The only struggle I had with Karl was an increase in the price he felt he had to make because he did not realize until after he initially made a bid that the new counter top had to be installed next to another existing counter top.  We discussed this difference in price very professionally, and we both yielded some in order to make the project fair for both of us.
I liked Karl and would use him again.  He is a person who does quality work at fair prices and who is very reasonable when transacting business with him.  

From the very first phone call I placed to Karol, he was punctual and professional.  He was very accommodating when I wanted a special sink installed and worked diligently to complete the job on time even though I incurred a delay.

Karol came out to the house to give us a quote for granite in a
kitchen.  He came out with very short notice, and provided us with a
quote within 24 hours.  Our project was delayed, but when we were ready,
Karol came out right away.  Did an excellent job, very happy with the
quality and service.

We bid the project with several local vendors and eventually we decided to go with Perfect Granite and Marble. The real deciding factor was the level of customer service they provided. We were very pleasantly surprised by the level of proffesionalism, quality of craftmanship and speed of delivery. They were on time on on all aspects of project( estimate, measurement and installation). We recommended them to our neighbors and whey were very happy with the service they were given. THE BEST CONTRACTORS I HAVE EVER MET. EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTH FROM THE DATE WE PICKED OUT THE STONE TO INSTALLATION.

It’s been over a month now that we’ve had our new "Blue Peral” granite countertops. We absolutely love them. They have made our kitchen in to a beautiful part of our home. Friends and family that have visited have given their praises of what a great choice we made.This company was  patient and helpful in helping us make this important choice. They were  professional each and every time I met with the or called when I had doubts or questions. Karl  met me at Granite Warehouse and helped pick out and measure the right slab, measuring the slab to make sure I was assured to get the right vein of granite and motion where I wanted it to fit on my counter-tops.Perfect Marble and Granite also did a wonderful job in fabricating,cutting the slab and the efficient installation that went flawless. It was not an easy job since one slab was so large with no seam. They should not be overlooked as the finished job looks professional, smooth, and sleek.
