We had a few quotes and this company had competitive pricing and great reviews, so we decided to go for it. Very happy we did, we will be using Bella Custom Cleaning again! By using portable machines the water and electricity needs to be on so the job can be done. I had recently got the property 2 days before so he told me to get 4 5-gallons of water. I had to run out to get water and go to 3 different stores since the refill machine was out where I purchased the empty gallons, then the next store didn't have a refill machine. I wasted money too because only 1 5-gallon was needed for the job. Then the electricity went out when I got back, so I rescheduled for the next business day of Monday. The job got completed and house was smelling good. I even got the vents cleaned for a little extra charge."

This carpet is a Berber and did not clean as well as the other stairwell. The Berber Carpet is a much tighter weave. The entire carpet took longer to dry than the stated 2 to 4 hours.
