There was always an excuse as to why he or employees didnt not show, tried to bribe with the offer to illegally use a tax exempt, acknowledged mistakes and defencies and was to be refunding money but has yet to do so - as he advised to seek another contractor to complete despite having being paid. Paint was all over my floors, backsplash fell off, hood installed upside down - just to name a few"
