"I've been working with John and his sub contractors on this property since August of 2013, and they have been patient, responsive, and transparent throughout, especially appreciated when my property insurance had to get involved and they worked with them to get them details, quotes, and insight, as well as being a much-needed professional advocate that I never would have been able to accomplish on my own. When I realized I would have to switch contractors from my first GC, out of everyone I called, John was the only one who brought someone with him for a second opinion on his assumptions, and even sent additional subs out to ensure the accuracy of the quote. "There was so much work to be done on the house and all of it was done with attention to detail. Fil  responded quickly to all calls and texts. We made changes along the way and Fil was very accommodating with all the changes. Each and every day the work area was completely cleaned up. We were informed daily about what was completed and what job would be started next. During the work we had to move in and Fil completed what we asked to have done before the move so we were able to have finished rooms while the rest of the work was completed. 
The cost was very reasonable. The work was done perfectly. I would use Thor Build again on any project. I will also recommend the company to anyone needing to have work done.

"Beyond four walls was originally hired to re-do my floors, which turned into gutting our house, reimagining the floor plan, remodeling two bathrooms, the kitchen and additional upgrades. The upgrades consisted of paint, insulation, a tankless hot water heater, pex water pipping, electrical outlets, lighting and the fuse box. We did so much I’m sure I’m missing things. Courtney and his family did all the work and we would hire them to do it again!"

"John and his team were fantastic. We were considering purchasing a home and found out it had a laundry list of city violations that would need to be corrected before we could move in. He and his team met with us on three separate occasions to walk through the property, look at the work that needed to be completed, and gave us several estimates for all the work. They were prompt, professional, and thorough, and took the time to answer all of our questions and create detailed estimates with different options for us. Unfortunately, it was just going to be too much money to fix the house and we ended up backing out of the purchase contract, but we will definitely call Fogarty Home Improvement first for any future need.

"we had a large double window two windows one opening replaced they did a a good job made that room much warmer in winter which is what we were after it is now the warmest room in the house in the winter which is good as it is the room we spend most our time in. will defiantly be having them out to price gutters when we are ready in the spring."
