Sina and his team were great. Efficient, clear communicators and got the work done. Would definitely recommend! We removed two walls in our old bungalow, one of them was load bearing and against an exterior bring wall. We also had a new entryway framed, and a frame for our bedroom closet.

Hired Sina to do the demolition and framing for a big project that included the kitchen, living area, dining room, office, 3 bathrooms and basement. Sina relocated the staircase going from the first floor to the basement. Volted the ceiling in the living room to the specifications of the architect using site built trusses. Installed multiple beams allowing us to raise the ceiling in the kitchen, office and dining room. Sina also replaced all the windows in the home. Sina reframed the shower floor so that it would allow us to have a curb-less shower. Sina is very reliable and is very knowledgeable about everything that has to do with framing and carpentry. Before Sina we had hired a carpentry crew that was never on time, would not answer their phones and would stop showing up for extended periods of time. Sina was the complete opposite, he always on time and responsive to calls and messages. Sina does an excelled job and the final results are perfect as he corrects problems and imperfections he finds from when the house was originally built. He takes his time to measure, align and plan so there are no surprises when heâ s doing the work. I would recommend Sina for any project that requires framing and will not be even calling anyone else.

I agree with all the other comments. Not only does Sina and his team do excellent work, Sina is professional, responsive, pleasant, efficient, thorough, and neat. We were doing basement remodeling that required framing, drywall, painting, and trim, all his work was 5 star quality. Sina returns calls or texts same day ... a pleasure to work with him and highly recommend.

I am extremely impressed with Sinas work ethic, quality, efficiency and integrity. He built me a custom soundproof studio, which is a complicated and detailed challenge, and it turned out better than anticipated! I will certainly hire him first for any future projects. Absolutely recommend them!

Fast quality work and on budget.

I used SPC for home remodel. Sina did a great job installing a large beam to open the living room, installed a new exterior door, and framed several new closets, and rooms. He works quick and produced great results that passed the city's inspection. I would highly recommend and would use again in the future.

We were doing a historic rehab of a1907 home and I hired Sina to do the rough framing. We removed and filled in a staircase from the basement to the 3rd floor and the new floors were at the exact height and level. He also framed a 2000 SF basement and built walls for multiple bathrooms and new bedrooms. He was fast, efficient, and builds a quality product. I will definitely hire Sina for future framing projects if he is available. Great guy!

Great carpenter! This was a complicated job with lots of unusual structural components. They did excellent work, on time and very reliable. I'd definately use them again.

Sina was great to work with. Watching a pro do the framing and how quickly he moves through the process was fun. I had about 5 items to work through from moving a wall, framing some built in shelves and an exterior door to repairing holes in the subfloor he blasted right through them. On time, on budget, cleaning as he worked and very easy going. Plenty more projects to tackle in the future and I'll be calling back.

Sina is a perfectionist and works nonstop. He does meticulous work, is extremely reliable, on time and fair. I d use him again in a heartbeat.

SPC Framing built an addition and composite deck on the back of our house in Oak Park. The craftsmanship is top notch and they are very hard working. Sina is always responsive and available to discuss parts of the project. I will be using them again on our next project for sure. Highly recommend, the Deck looks great!
