"I was going to have my wood burning fireplace converted to gas so they did a chimney inspection and discoverd extensive damage from birds nesting in chimney. They provided an immediate clean up estimate and I hired them to do that work to protect against further damage . They recommended that a gas fireplace was not a safe option so we talked through options for an electric insert. I decided to wait on that but was very impressed with customer service and quality of work."

"The workers and office staff were easy to talk to, well informed, courteous , and efficient. They performed a thorough inspection. Recommended and installed a stainless liner and cap for the furnace flue and a new damper on the fireplace flue. Their price was better than previous quotes and even set up a partial payment plan. I am very pleased with the work they did."

We are both elderly...these guys took the time to explain the whole process associated with fireplaces. We had called them out to check only one of our fireplaces. I was so impressed with them that I ask them to check out our other. Their fees for checking the second fireplace was reasonable. So reasonable in fact that I tipped them substantially."

"I have had Kitchen and Bath Specialties do several things to my house including a skylight an oval window above my bed and a specialty window in a bathroom, so I hired them again to do a new backsplash around my kitchen and lighting. As usual the work was done promptly and professionally. The backsplash tile is beautiful and was flawlessly installed. Joe also installed multi colored under cabinet lighting which gives it a nice accent. He always comes up with great ideas on how to accomplish and perfect the task.
