They did a good job. I consider it a fair price. So far, the roof hasn’t leaked, I guess the quality is good. They got there as soon as they could, it was during a time when there was a lot of rain and a lot of roofs that were leaking. I think they probably got to us within about a week. They got back to me right away and sent somebody out to look at the situation. Punctuality was excellent. It was a good experience.

The response time was quick (call to arrival was less than an hour) and the guys were polite and understanding. I was pleased with the work and the guys pointed out additional damages from the storm while they had their ladders out.

Following one rainy evening we noticed a dripping sound hitting the top of our gas fireplace insert.  We climbed into the attic and noticed water dripping down the side of the vent and suspected a roof seal/flashing/caulk issue.  Since we were dealing with a roof issue, we wanted a licensed professional to do the job.  We selected Kreiling based on our realtor's recommendation and Angie's List reviews since we are new to the area.  We were able to get a hold of them quickly (on a Thursday I believe) and they said they would be out sometime the following week.  When they didn't contact us with the findings the following week, we followed back up and learned they had not been out because they were rather busy.  In all fairness, due to the wet June they had a backlog of work.  They assured us they would be out the following Monday or Tuesday.  Still no calls the next week.  We had to continually follow up with them for over a month before they finally arrived and made the repair.  We finally received a bill a few weeks later for $400 and were a bit surprised by the amount since it was just a seal that needed replaced (no shingles were moved) and they caulked along joints of the vent pipe.  We have a ranch house and a deck along the back of the house so while the roof was high off the ground, it wasn't as high as many two story homes.  We inquired about the amount of the bill, especially given the poor response time, and they told us it was due to overhead, etc. and said we could talk to someone in the office.  We have left messages to discuss, but our calls have not been returned.  In summary I think the work they did was good, but their customer service was lacking.

I noticed stains on three sides of my (unused and dry-walled) chimney column inside the house after some heavy rains. I called Kreiling based on a friend's recommendation: she said she really liked the company because she'd gotten multiple estimates to re-roof her gigantic Victorian house in town, and the estimates were outrageous because the previous roofing job had laid ashpalt tiles over the original roof instead of stripping the roof first. Kreiling said that that wasn't at all the problem, but some other small thing. They told her the truth, which meant a much smaller job for less pay.
Barry from Kreiling was incredibly quick to respond and worked around my travel schedule to do a quick estimate, which included getting up into the tiny attic opening to check out the chimney. It didn't seem to be a scheduling problem at all that the company is based out of Peoria and I live in Bloomington. There was no delay in them contacting me. Barry kept in close contact, via text message, which I liked/preferred and gave me several options for repair, including a less-invasive option and a bigger, long-term option that he noted I didn't really need to do. (I was worried I needed a new roof, but it turns out my roof was replaced right before I bought the house six years ago; I hadn't realized...) He got me a formal estimate from the office by day's end, and I was surprised by how reasonable it was.
When I called them back to schedule the repairs of the flashing around the chimney, they were at my house within 2-3 days, I think it was, and didn't even need to bother me while I was working from home and on conference calls. They were done without a few hours at most. Barry knew I needed to pay by a certain time (to take advantage of a low interest rate on my CC), so he hand-delivered a bill to me within the week and picked up the check himself and made sure the office manager had it deposited by my deadline. THAT's service.
A few weeks later, it rained super-heavy again and the water staining came back, but this time only on ONE of the three walls of the chimney column. I took pictures and texted them to Barry, who wrote me back *immediately* saying he'd send his guy out there that day to check it out, which he did. The other guy confirmed with Barry that I needed a chimney cap, and I ordered the work done. It was done within the next 2-3 days as well and the bill (this time not a hurry) arrived promptly within about two weeks. The chimney cap cleared up the problem, and I haven't had any trouble with the chimney since I last called them three months ago.
