We’re in the country. Antonio was maybe two minutes late. He apologized because he got stuck behind some farm machinery. Darn two lane roads. He gave me an approximate estimate over the phone then followed it up with a firm price after arriving. I’m a former business owner so I appreciate his professionalism."
