Apparently, the appointment mistakenly didn't get saved in their schedule. The guys showed up 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, which wouldn't be a big deal if it hadn't been before work for me. However, the job was done correctly and with consideration of not wanting me to be late. They offered to come back tomorrow, but I declined.
