"We were looking to have a new covered patio installed with a fire feature. We had quotes from several different companies but didn’t feel satisfied with either the price or the company ‘s vision. Then we came across Arrowhead. After reaching out to them, we received a phone call within a couple of hours and had an estimate completed by Jim within a few days. We had a general idea of what we wanted but Jim really blew us away by showing us several different options and photos of some their quality of work to help us visualize the plan. Within 1-2 business days, Jim had our estimate with a couple of different options and a 3D plan. Arrowhead was very reasonable in terms of price when comparing to other companies. After thinking things over, we found an idea of a unique outdoor linear fireplace from a website to go along with Jim’s plan for the patio and pavilion. We sent a photo of the fireplace over to Jim and within a day he had a price which was more reasonable than we expected. Jim also had some great ideas when it came to the design of the patio and pavilion. Work began as expected. Jim did an excellent job coordinating all of the different tradesmen to complete our project (patio installers, carpenters, electricians and plumber). All of the workers were very courteous and the project was completed faster than expected even though the weather wasn’t the greatest. We are so happy with our new patio! I was a bit nervous about the entire project at the start but after we met Jim I knew we were in good hands. Before starting, he helped us deciding the material by providing quotes using cedar and composite. We decided to use cedar for both deck and pergola, and we love how it came out. Jim was very responsive during the design phase. So, we could finalize the design and start construction. At that point we had a tight schedule because of guests visiting during summer. Jim and his team worked hard and managed to be within schedule. The work was done very carefully, with great attention to details and we are very pleased by the outcome."

"Unprofessional, untimely, poor workmanship, stressful experience. Shawn did a LVP flooring install on two levels of my house, including the kitchen. Almost $8K for 1K SF. Flooring failed 1st time due to no subfloor leveling despite me asking twice if it was needed. 24 planks in 600 SF were separating in 2 weeks. Once I informed Shawn the floor was failing, his workers tried accessing my garage without permission to get tools. Seemed like they were trying to split on a bad job. Despite the bad job done, I worked with him on cost-effective products to try and save as much money as possible on the rework. Both levels of flooring had issues, but I only asked for main level to be redone. Ultimately, it took 4 months of poor communication and terrible customer service to finally get new flooring installed, still not level but holding????! Ultimately, the new flooring installed was left unfinished, leaving me to install trim, transitions, end caps, stair nosing and caulk on my own."
