"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. "I got a good quote for filling in multiple holes in my very large front yard. ( caused by soil dropping down to fill in holes where septic lines were installed) Rather than mowing the grass very low, so he could given a proper estimate , Sergio just glanced over the lawn ( grass at summer #3 setting) He missed more than 1/3 rd of the yard and gave me a low cost estimate . When I asked his crew to fill in the rest of the areas I had to talk with Sergio to be specific about my request. AT no time was I angry nor were they defensive. They brought in another large truckload of top soil and did the work, but it increased my price by quite a bit. I can deal with all that without frustration because they were ALL lovely people. As the grass came up so did tens of thousands of weeds. Apparently they did not get topsoil that had been heated to kill weed seeds. Maybe thats not a thing with all contractors??? I wrote Sergio whom I consider very professional and responsive to ask when it was safe to use weed killer on "baby grass". He never responded."

"1. They broke the water main in two places, covered it up by continuing the landscaping, lied about breaking it, and offered to re-landscape again later for more money. 2. I told them I wanted ground cover around established trees and on the side of the house. Instead they planted grass there. They then planted the ground cover without first killing the new grass. It looks terrible because of all the grass growing around and rising above the new ground cover. 3. There are many, many large bare spots where grass should be growing. I told them about that but instead of seeding or reseeding the bare spots, they covered it up with the fiber blanket that concealed the fact grass seed wasn't planted until after I paid them. 4. They fixed my brick sidewalk but forgot they were to treat it. When I reminded them to do it, they didn't sweep off the dirt and just covered the dirt. 5. Tore pond liner, covered it up, and didn't reattach to new bricks despite many promises."
