Wonderful! The grill looks and works amazing! Our cost is higher than most because we had several parts, including all the knobs, replaced. Well worth the investment!

Outstanding - for a 10 year old grill, it looks almost new, and is working great. Grates, cover, and everywhere else looking good, flames operating much better than previous. Very happy with the outcome. They did schedule me for last week - did not get out, but called Friday to say they would be out this week, and they arrived on Monday, and performed excellent work. Highly recommend if you need to get your grill back in good shape.

Identical to previous reviewer's experience.  Had used Todd & son a couple years ago.  All was fine.  Called in March, 2016 and was surprised we had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment.  The day came and went, without a visit or even a call.  Next day I called and was told Todd would call back a.s.a.p.  Another day went by without word.  So I called Perrin Gas.  Eric Perrin came out the next day, was conscientious, and did a great job.  

I owned a service business for 30 years. You don't blow off a customer.  In the rare instance it accidentally happens, you immediately go more than the "extra mile" to make it up to that customer.  Obviously, Todd marches, or moseys or sleeps, to an inferior drummer.   

I have used this company in prior years to service our gas grill, and they were fine. This year, I simply cannot get them to come out to do the same. I did make an appointment for servicing, though when I did, the woman I spoke to couldn't tell me what time they'd be out to my house. Fine, but, alas, they did not show up to do the work, and they didn't call me to say they'd cancelled. I then called to find out what was going on, and I spoke to an answering service that was essentially clueless. I then left a message on Todd's mobile phone. And again, nothing. No reply. I guess I don't believe a paying customer should have to beg for--at the very least--a call back when a repair person fails to show. I'm done with this company.

They need to be more responsive to their customer calls. They do have an answering service to do their phone answering. It takes a while to get return calls. It has happened a few times.

Todd and his son were excellent. My Weber Summit grill hadn't been thoroughly cleaned for a few years. The grill ignighter had stopped working and I thought it needed to be replaced. Todd and his son thoroughly cleaned the grill and made it look showroom clean. After the cleaning he also determined that the ignighter was fine and that the only the cleaning was needed to make it functional. He did not try to oversell anything addional other than what me and my wife were looking for. I will definitely use his service again and again. i will also tell all of my family and firends about his service and wholeheartedly rececommend him.

Todd and his son showed up the day after I called. They were awesome. Layed tarps out to catch all the debris. I would recommend them to anyone with a gas grill.

Terrific - grill looks good as new, and is working extremely well.  Burners repaired, igniter working.  Excellent service to extend the life of an outdoor grill.  Highly recommended, delivered as they stated they would.

Easy to contact and set up an appointment. It was nice talking with an actual person instead of leaving a message and waiting for a call back.  
Arrived in a timely manner and were very neat and clean.
I will use them again.
One tip is, they tend to book up, they were 10 days out when I called.

I'm not sure this company actually exists. I called in mid-May to schedule a cleaning and repair for my outdoor grill. I was given a date approximately two weeks out and was told the technician would call the day before. No one called. I called back the morning of my scheduled service to see if my appointment was actually on the schedule. The person who answered the phone (who was exceedingly nice and responsive) apparently does not have access to the technicians' schedule but she told me that she would have the owner call me as soon as possible. She was meticulous in making she had all the details and my contact information correct. I left both my home and cell numbers. Again, no one called.

I called again a week or so later to see if I could get on the schedule again and asked to speak directly to the owner. Again, the phone answerer was very very nice and took down all the information. Once again, no one called. I'm done.

I would give them an "F" overall except the women who answered the phone (which was probably just an answering service) were so nice and tried to be helpful.

They were prompt and they were clean. They spread something down first. The staff was terrific. They did what they were supposed to do and came at a good time. Their price was reasonable.

They were prompt and courteous.  Everything was done as promised!  We are very pleased and would definitely call All Safe Fred's Gas Repair again.

We called All Safe Fred's and left a detailed voicemail message requesting to get a proposal for some work. They never returned our call - so a total blow off.

Now it may be that they were not interested in our project. But a quick call back to decline would have been the proper move.

This showed a lack of respect and also exhibits a serious lack of professionalism, not to mention a lack of basic courtesy and respect. Of course, we had waited for the call back and now we have lost another week - and will have to start to search process over. We had assumed that an Angie's list contractor would be very legitimate and respectable. Not these folks, as we have found out.

They were late, and I was getting worried, but when they showed up, they jumped right into the job, and I was very pleased with the result.

Excellent experience. Todd and his son did arrive a bit tardy, but when they're in demand for the great service/skills they deliver, they're worth the wait. Todd and his son are very professional and polite. Their service, skills, professionalism, and politeness was a pleasure. I definitely will refer their services to my friends and definitely will have them out for other needs I may have.

He was late for the appointment but worked hard once he arrived to diagnose problems with the gas supply for the fireplace.  I am still waiting on a phone call on the estimate.
