"Although it was a little tough to connect in the beginning (due to summer rush and holiday weekend), once Maria and I connected, things went very smoothly.
She came to my house, measured and provided a quote in a very timely manner.  
I had to go through my HOA, and she was quite helpful. Providing the drawings and contacting J.U.L.I.E. as required by the HOA (and even coming out a second time to get additional details requested by the HOA).
We had set a tentative installation date (pending HOA approval) and were lucky that the HOA approval was received in the nick of time and the weather held out.
The crew showed up on time and worked tirelessly all day to complete the job. When they ran out of bricks, they went back out to buy more.  Maria  was there the entire time overseeing the work.  At one point we had an issue with the level of the patio where the base of the steps and the side of the house were out of sync (huge downward slope).  She noted the issue and provided a sound recommendation which I approved. At the end of the day, they cleaned up the entire area.  They had carefully removed sod, mulch and some of my plants to install the brick patio and when they were done installing, they replaced the sod, mulch and even replanted my flowers.  Impressive!!  Everything washed up (even the handprints on the staircase) and clean.  They were also very careful with the surrounding area.  I live in a townhouse and they used wheel barrels to bring in all the materials.  They were careful not to destroy any of the common area.  This is a huge plus and greatly appreciated.  
Overall, it was a very positive experience and I highly recommend LDP.  I love my new patio - even though it is small, it adds a whole new room for me outdoors.  Wish I could add pictures, it turned out great!!"

"We hired Premier Design and worked with Kristin Howard for our kitchen remodel. Kristin was nothing but patient & supportive during the whole process. She answered all of my 10,000 questions, and really helped me come up with a very attractive and functional kitchen. We actually ended up with more cabinet space than I anticipated, which is a huge plus considering we were bursting at the seams before with stuff everywhere!! Kristin solved all of those issues for us with roll-outs in all cabinets, which resulted in no more stacking & unstacking to get to what I need!
I highly recommend using a designer such as Premier Design because they will guide you from start to finish and are invested in your project. Kristin came out to our house many times throughout the project to make sure everything was going to plan. We had a couple of curve balls, but Kristin & Sheri were able to help us figure them out so that we could move forward. Every time I walk into the kitchen now, I smile. Thank you Premier Design!

"Below is my review for work done on my home a few years ago: I am a return customer of Mr. James DeLeo. I have selected him to complete multiple projects for my properties and this time I was trusting him with the huge undertaking of renovating my 1895 Chicago Row House. Once again, I was impressed with the quality workmanship and problem solving skills of Mr. DeLeo and the tradesmen that he chose to bring on as part of his team. I spent over three months working with his men on a daily basis. I opted to live in the row house while they completed an extensive renovation, so needless to say I spent a great deal of time with Mr. DeLeo and his team. I am so grateful for the hard work and vision they provided in order to shape my hopes for my home into a reality. I am thrilled with the outcome of the renovation and was very pleased with the efficient and considerate work of the men who loaned their skills to this project. The house presented some obstacles along the way, but Mr. DeLeo and his team were able to brainstorm solutions that allowed me to maintain the vision I had for my home. The estimate Chicago Pro Construction provided me at the onset of my project was honest and very reasonable. "I called to discuss the room and schedule the visit. Juan returned my call quickly, and we scheduled it for Saturday of that week. He came by on Tuesday and we went together to get the paint at Sherwin Williams. On Tuesday, he contacted me to confirm his arrival time (he was right on time), and then he called again on Friday to confirm his arrival time on Saturday. Juan was very kind, professional, and responsive throughout. He did exactly what he said he would do. On Saturday, he arrived as expected, took off his shoes, politely parked on the street rather than our driveway, and prepped the room for painting. He was thorough, and his work was excellent. he took great care and pride in the painting, taping the trim and putting on a clear caulk to eliminate any gap. He used most of 2 gallons on the 2 coats, and he spent the day working on it. I'm very pleased with the outcome, the value, and the price. His company is highly recommended!"
