"They could not do the job, but charged $75 for the service call. The service man was nice and professional though. They referred me to another company they worked with and said they could do the job. When that service man came out, he said they would not do the job unless I bought a new patio door for $2500. I did not hire them for that. A lot of time wasted while the subzero weather was going on. I have since found a handyman that is going to repair the sliding door."

"Steve and the whole crew at Premier were great, and they did a fantastic job with the windows.  We had them install vinyl windows in the upstairs last year, and we were able to do the first floor wood windows this year.  Steve worked with us through the entire plan, and actually had the installers modify the external trim on the upstairs windows (last year!) so that they would match the wood windows we got this year.  He did this even though he had no guarantee he'd get our business this year.  Great customer service!
The installations were done very professionally and the quality is excellent.  They came when they said they would, it took as long as they predicted, and they cleaned everything up when they left.  Like they weren't even there, except now we have some fantastic new windows.  When one of our downstairs windows had a slight defect, Steve organized a Marven rep to come out and fix it.  I would recommend this company to anyone.

The siding looks great, though not the color I expected from a tiny swatch :-). Workmanship is excellent. The siding looks so different from my old siding - so much better. This company offers numerous window options from known manufacturers (Pella, Marvin, Andersen, etc...) and they take their time to ensure you get what you want.
