"Like some of the other people have stated.. they are pricey and they are also extremely busy. We worked with Andy as the sales rep and he was a great guy. We told him what we were willing to spend at most and he made sure we got everything we wanted for that price. I think people who are new to construction work might see these guys as a hassle but in all honesty.. the men they had working for us were some of the hardest working and fastest working men I’ve ever met. Everything was done in a week and a half.. and it is STUNNING! My only complaint is that we were supposed to get it started 8 weeks after signing and it didn’t start til about 12 weeks.. like I said though.. it’s a very busy time of the year. COVID-19 has everyone at home with their honey-do list and EVERYWHERE is booked. I would absolutely recommend Cronkhite.. always negotiate on price.. and make sure to check the work being done. Don’t watch them do something wrong and complain about it after.. If you have questions then ask them!"

"Very high pressure sales. For your own sake have cameras rolling during sales pitch. Don’t let them make you believe that the installation is done by Erie. Totally subcontracted. Talked us into choosing them even though they were 7k higher than other roofers with the promise of higher quality service that didn’t happen, job site was a mess had to inspect gutters they were not cleaned. They came back out cleaned said it was done got back up on ladder gutters still full and found damaged siding on back of chimney. After filling with BBB repairs and cleanup were done just not worth the higher price. Price started at $26 a square for metal and $15. For fiberglass after 4 hours of sales it came down to $21 metal and $10.5 a square foot fiberglass. I surely have buyers remorse hopefully this review helps someone in their decision. Also suggest reading this [*** Link removed ***] prior to reading all the A+ ratings on BBB Also make sure proper permits were pulled they did not pull one till after the install when I questioned it. "I paid to have a re roof done on my house and garage which included all new drip edge as the contract states. Not only did they not do all new drip edge as you can clearly see in the photos they also did not wrap the edges so now there are big gaps where the sheathing is exposed. There was also a lot of garbage in my back yard and a bunch of nails in my driveway. Another thing they did was leave a bunch of black marks on the house from throwing old shingles off the roofs and hitting the house. When I brought that up, one of the workers lied and said that they are not responsible for that and that it says that in the contract. He ended up saying they will be “nice” and clean it off for me, But all they did was smear it and leave greasy spots that are still there 4 months later. The worker also told me, I have to power wash the stains off myself. I tried to contact the owner Paul Bryan several times with no call back at all until I left a message telling him he needs to call me back or I will take legal actions. He called me back within one minute. He told me he was sorry and blamed everything on his workers like a true leader, and said he would come complete the job I paid for and clean all the spots correctly in the next week. 4 months later, still haven’t heard from him. Another thing I just found out is he did not pull a permit for the job like they told me they would."

"These people were terrible!! I called them because I was told they could fix my fireplace. When they finally called me back, they told me it was $150 just to look at it. Then they came out & took my $150.00 and never called me back. I started calling them and was told they would get back to me. Three calls later, I spoke with someone and 'he's been busy' and 'it'll be a while', he still hasn't check into parts. Which by the way I had the owners manual with part numbers and had given that to the repairman. I also told him I had clicked the link on the manufacturer website and found the parts and could order them. He said he won't put the parts on if i buy them. So, I guess I am out $150 and the three weeks I've been waiting for them. Poor customer service!"
