Jose is very excellent to work with, he is very attentive to your input and does a fantastic job bringing your ideas to life. He is always available and responsive to your calls and requests.Four of my neighbors were so impressed with my patio, they hired Environmental Landscapes for their projects. Top notch work and highly recommend.

Environmental Landscapes completed a large project in our front and side yard. This included creating an amazing patio and walkway, removing large trees and restructuring the entire front yard. They created numerous gardens filled with beautiful perennials and new trees. The finishing touches included gorgeous lighting. Just this week they refurbished our back patio and brought it back to brand new beauty. Their team is meticulous. At the end of each work day they gathered and removed all of their equipment and cleaned up all work areas. We strongly recommend Environmental Landscapes.

Jose was communicative, on time and professional in every way. He was great about showing me examples, talking through the project of doing our bluestone walkway and he and his workers did a fantastic job. Excellent experience overall.

We hired Environmental Landscapes to add an additional paver patio to our 20 year old patio. Our new patio is for a new hot tub. Environmental Landscapes provided a verbal quote which was followed by a written copy that was emailed (two other competing vendors only provided a verbal quote). While not the cheapest quote we went with Environmental Landscapes as it was obvious they do quality work. For instance competitors planned 8 - 10 inches of paver base wile Environmental Landscapes planned 18 (a deep base is recommended to make sure the pavers never move resulting in the hot tub cracking). They also reset a number of old pavers so that the old and new pavers blended and there was no tripping hazard (while keeping the new pavers nearly flat…..just a slight slope for water drainage). Everything looks great! Very happy with the quality work.

The amount spent for what was done was not worth it. I had some trimming of bushes and some mulch done. After a month and a half itâ s needing some weeding and more mulch. Nice to deal with but Iâ m just not happy with what was spent for what was done.

Talked them early in the morning for a quote and they came back that afternoon to do the work. My yard looks great. Definitely recommend them.

Environmental Landscapes is a company we would highly recommend without hesitation. We had them brick over our existing front stoop and install a new brick sidewalk to match. Our experience from start to finish with Jose and Jesus Munoz were without exception the best. Their professionalism, quality of workmanship, pride in their work and eye to detail was fantastic. What also impressed us was their promptness in returning our call same day, making appointment next day, and being provided a very reasonable proposal in hand the very next day. Our experience prior was having to always chase contractors down. The Team was always smiling no matter what and always went above and beyond to keep us happy and meet our expectations without exception.

Excellent job that is above expectations. Crew was friendly and courteous. Plywood was used as driveway for heavy equipment and caused minimal damage to grass. Even used a blower to stand grass back up. Would highly recommend.

Jose and his team did a wonderful job on our Spring cleanup, which included edging all flower beds, adding boulders and rocks as well as mulch. We highly recommend.

Jose came out to see what we wanted accomplished. He listened to what we wanted, took some measurements, showed us some patio stone options and gave use some things to think about. He said he would send us a rendering of what we talked about. We received it the next day. A few iterations later we had a plan. Jose was very professional and helpful since we had not done this previously. He was timely in his responses and wanted to make sure we got what we wanted. His father, Jesus and crew did the install. Jesus is a master craftsman. The work was completed in a timely fashion and our new patio came out perfectly. Very easy to work with and I would recommend them. Will use them on next project.

Mr Jose Munoz of Environmental Landscapes who met with us to discuss our backyard landscaping project is very professional as well as his workers. He listened and delivered exactly what we wanted for a very reasonable price which included clearing out a great deal of weeds, creating retaining walls with customized capstones, placing river rock, leveling the soil within the retaining wall area, and filling in with mulch. His crew was courteous, worked hard in a timely manner, and did a great job in cleaning up. My husband and I are very impressed and grateful for the hard work they accomplished. Though I just reviewed Environmental Landscaping regarding hardscapes they completed to our front entry area, I'm adding the following: After completing the stone project that came out better than I had expected, I asked them to perform all edging and add 7 yards of mulch as well as install 22 flowering plants near the completed work they just did. Again, their attention to detail and finished project exceeded expectations. Communication with Jose was great. Not only did they all work hard, they knew what they were doing - no shortcuts. I am so impressed with their work that more hardscape and other landscaping projects will come their way. Solid value - fair price. I enthusiastically endorse their services.

An outstanding company that delivered more than promised. Jose spent significant time visiting with us and detailing the project specifics; even went with us to the stone company to pick out the exact type of bluestone and brick pavers. He also communicated with us routinely, always answering calls promptly. The installation was excellent; no shortcuts at all - they are perfectionists in the foundation preparations, stone cutting and sloping for proper water draining. I am quite picky in repairs and modifications to our home and Environmental Landscaping certainly exceeded our expectations - they even made a live edge on the bluestone used for the porch area. Great value & quality for price, and the men worked hard!! We could not be more happier with the finished product. In fact, we will be using them on other projects now.

Jose was very helpful and explained everything to me. I never received a front yard landscape or backyard plan. Additionally they were supposed to aerate and de-thatch my lawn in the fall and completely ghosted on me. Not sure why. No call no explanation.

I would definite use them again They were friendly, punctual and diligent.

He came out the very day I called to give me a quote. Gave suggestions on what to do where grass would not grow looks great. I had him aerate, power rake, seed and mulch, was done in about 2 hours with everything. I will have him back in the fall to aerate and seed again. Lynn C. in Palatine, IL
