This company is the first one who actually met my request in the past 10 years. Sealcoat Masters initially inspected and calculated the materials needed to fill the cracks. On the actual service day, they came on time and filled most of the major cracks, and while it's not perfect, I am satisfied with their service. The parking lot of my office has had a seal coat applied almost every year but more and more cracks continue to appear. Every time I have had an estimate done, I specifically request they fill in the cracks, but all previous companies just randomly filled some cracks while leaving many significant cracks untended, so I am glad that Sealcoat Masters was able to fulfill this need.

Sealcoat Masters did excellent work for our business' parking lot asphalt replacement and seal coating work. We needed a large area of asphalt replaced, and Michael's team did a nice job of providing quick responses and good customer service. Would recommend.

I was very impressed with the response time, explanation of the scope of work and job well done. Prior to the work being done, any questions I had were answered very promptly. The employees were all very polite, professional and cleaned up thoroughly. The re-sealed parking lot turned out great. We also had our catch basin reconstructed because it was sinking in. It looks great now and we now feel safe driving on it. I would definitely recommend this company.

I spent my career working in the trades. I've seen a lot of hacks, these people have more integrity then most folks in this business. They stuck to their price, they showed up as promised. The man I delt with, (Michael) was the best, kept me informed every step of the way. The owner ( my employer) has hired them for additional work, that is saying a mouth full. As always the weather is the determining factor for seal coating and that results in scheduling changes but the kept in contact and have plenty of advanced notice regarding this problem. Overall, excellent company to deal with, great work and very competitive pricing. I would recommend them for your project.

When there was additional (and necessary tree root removal) work, he communicated with us immediately and clearly. He documented the process and the final result with photos, which was helpful as we were not be able to be there while the job was done. Highly recommended!
