The design was beautiful but multiple subs did not do their job. Work was started October 28, 2016 and finished on February 14, 2017. This was a relatively small job that never should have taken 3.5 months. Millennium Carpentry was the original sub who laid bamboo click lock floor. The floor is still not correctly laid with gaps in the flooring. We were going to reuse the toilet that was in our bathroom and one of the subs threw it out. John purchased a new toilet but I had asked for a higher toilet for handicapped accessibility but he purchased a very low toilet instead. The tile had to be relaid because the original sub laid it wrong. I am still missing a switch plate and there are several spots on the wall where there is paint missing. This is the second experience with this company. My first was amazing but I would never use him again because of the frustration with this job.
