He walked us through the options, helped with product selections, answered questions, made recommendations, provided a quote, took our order, and arranged great financing through Wells Fargo. Josh is an amazing human to interact with, who knows his extensive product line with confidence! Coordination was seamless, thanks to Sharon Wright and Austin Pinkerton, who handled communications about materials deliveries to their Spokane location and scheduled our remodel dates with ease. Both are absolute delights to work with! Finally, installer Jason Turner, who is personable , polite and fast, did the demolition and completed the installation work — all solo, starting yesterday and finishing today — with impressive skill and professionalism, PLUS he left the Bathroom cleaner than when he started!"

"I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I determined with Thomas' help that the washing machine had a major problem and could have spun out of control into my wall....no question, it was time to get a new washing machine! This was a well spent $40.00--I even got Thomas advice on purchasing a new washing machine and what to look for. 4. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage. In the end, I saved lots of money, gaining and learning valuable experience! Absolutely fabulous service!"

"The sales associate that came out to our house was amazing. That is the only reason why this company is getting three stars. I understand that they are high-quality work but just to remodel my bathtub was $24,000. I can remodel my whole entire bathroom for less than 15,000 and that is including bathtub toilet flooring and a new vanity, I understand it is high-quality but what is the likelihood that somebody is gonna live in their house for 40 to 50 years let alone every 10 to 15 years outdated I am so sorry but I am not paying five times the amount just because you are a namebrand"

"went very well. service was prompt, work was completed efficiently, thoroughly, and timely. everything was explained beforehand during bid in such a way that even someone who knows nothing about the work involved could understand. honest people who know what they are doing. treated our residents with respect. and help to maintain a safe path for them to travel through our main entrance. if you need the services they offer these are the ones to do it. fair pricing as well. only ones I found that actually guarantee the work they do for this type of job."

"Mark , owner very professional :& honest . Superior work ; knows his profession ; Tested the new pump installed & showed how best to use it. He gave suggestion for improvements on slump pump drainage & performed work to have system work more effectively. He upgraded the drainage system pipes etc for proper flow & drainage field was extended . What an improvement from original . Suggested improvements for system efficiently & all safety features what needs to be completed Asap to avoid future potential problems . He answered all questions ; We need more people like Mark ; He drove long distance to teach our home . He did not rush & very through work ; clean up . ( as we offered we would do clean up .)
