I had to get up at five to be there on time and then they were just a complete no-show. No call no nothing. I spent an hour on the phone phone trying to figure it out. The customer service person was rude. I asked to ask her four times to be allowed to talk to a supervisor because she said she couldn?t do a thing to help me only to find out that my job wasn?t even a scope of what they do which they could?ve told me on the intake so they seem like a huge company but the customer service was horrible for me atleast."

Then Landmark sent Brenovations HVAC for an AC motor replacement, and that turned into exposed wires, bolts hitting fan blades, missing parts, and complete disregard for safety near my kids? play area. "I recently bought a rental property and within 3 weeks of closing I got a call from my tenant that her kitchen was flooded. I had my handyman take a look and he found that it was coming from a pipe in the foundation underneath the sink. He said a licensed plumber would have to fix it. I call pretty much every plumber in Sandpoint and they're all booked out 1-2 weeks. Nightmare scenario. I finally talk to Kris and he's got a busy schedule too but he says to me he'll stop by and take a look in between jobs the next day. He stopped by like he said and assessed the leak and said he could stop by the following day in the evening after another job and fix it. Sure enough, true to his word he fixed the leak and got my tenant's water back on. Can't recommend Kris enough. Don't know what I would've done if I hadn't found him."
