"Joe from JMS Drain Services was my service technician who arrived well within the window scheduled service time. We charge by the hour or by the job using a flat-rate pricing catalog, we do not charge overtime fees and we are On-Call twenty four hours a day, seven days a week .We prefer to be payed at time of service, however arrangements can be made under the right circumstances. However, if you’re replacing a large sink with a smaller sink, you’ll have to fully replace the counter because you’ll have a gap in the sink space area. But if your new sink is bigger than your old sink, your pro can simply cut into your counter to open up space for it.

There are few things more annoying than trying to fall asleep only to be woken up by the sound of a dripping faucet. If the faucet drips when the water is off, it probably has a loose or damaged seat washer. The screw gets loose from repeated use, making the faucet drip.
