"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"We had some gutter damage from the last wind storm. Thomas Contracting Services came in with the lowest bid of three with a very reasonable price. I could not be more pleased with their professionalism, punctuality, and quality of work. Michelle was fantastic in all of my interactions with her including scheduling. Joel (who also came out to give me the estimate) and Tim did an excellent job removing the old gutter and replacing it with the new. I especially appreciated their flexibility as I slightly changed the plan from the original design. I have worked with many contractors through the years and I consider TCS to be one of the best. I recommend them highly and would rehire them in a heart beat. If I could give them an A+ I would!"

"Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."

"The family and I were relocating to North Dakota for my job. Before relocating to North Dakota, I spoke with a co-worker of mine who lived in the area and asked him about the cost of having a home built being that he had lived in the area for some years. He advised me that the cost to have a home built was relatively reasonable and that he even had a construction company that I might consider doing the work. I called the company (Snowden Construction LLC) and explained what I was interested in having done. They assured me that they could do what I wanted within my requested time frame with a 6 person crew to keep the cost down.

I flew out to North Dakota six months prior to relocating and meet with the owners of Snowden Construction to view some of their work in person and to show them the blueprints for the house. The meeting went very well and so I employed the company to build mine and my family's home. The construction began in July 2015 and was done a month later. When I flew back to view the completed work, I went through and thoroughly inspected every aspect of the house and was very pleased with the work of Snowden Construction."

"The initial consultation was very pleasant. We agreed to take our shared fence down so they could access the area needing work. They would be entering from our neighbors yard. They called my husband and told them they would be starting on Oct. 9. My husband waited all day for them to arrive, no call, text , or email explaining their absence. They arrived the next day. Workers got all but concrete poured. My husband noticed they did not pull the stump out as agreed right next to where they were pouring. He contacted the leader and told him he under no circumstances did not want concrete poured until the stump was removed to avoid future damage to our new foundation. The worker said they would remove it. I got home the next day and noticed they concrete was done and the stump was still there. I also noticed they had broken some of my curbing and did not fix it. My neighbors yard was littered with leftover gravel mix, concrete and trash. They came back to collect their tools and picked up some of their trash. My husband came home and looked over their work with the lead guy. I pointed out that I was upset they had broken curbing and did not bother fixing it. He said he could come back in a few weeks to fix it. (It has been 3 weeks and it is still not fixed.) We questioned the stump still being there after we were very clear about what we wanted. He said the "cut the root that went under our foundation. In summary, they did a great job with the concrete, but left a mess for us to clean up. They broke things said they would fix them but did not . They did not follow through with what my husband said in regards to not pouring until the stump was removed."
