He also knows very good professionals in other industries to help with other needs you may have. He recommended a great plumber and electrician to help with other projects I had. The install was great. He had the entire system replaced in 2 days and he even worked with the plumber, replacing my water heater, to help keep cost down, by sharing some drains and exhaust where they could. "I was very impressed with the detail and craftsmanship on the finished product. These two men were very meticulous on every aspect of the installation. I knew I had the right guys! I was provided a detailed estimate on what the work would cost. He went over the breakdown of parts and labor, and when supplemental items were needed, they were added after a thorough explanation. The first countertop came in with damage from the freight company's shabby handling. When we discovered this, Jim was right on the phone with the vendor he had ordered it from. We had another top coming right away. We were all very annoyed! The second top arrived and had some markings on a small spot that looked like corrugated grooves made from the cardboard it was packaged in. He immediately contacted the vendor again. They suggested a quick solution for the problem and promised him a new top if it didn't work. It worked just fine and my cabinet is absolutely everything I wished for! I'm so very impressed with everything these men have done. Their attention to detail illustrated to me that I was working with true craftsman. They are both perfectionists!
