Fix It Frankie AC & Heating

"This is an unfortunate situation. Customer called fix it Frankie due to furnace not functioning correctly. Customer mentioned had had builder who installed system come out many times and that he didn’t want to work with them any further. Our technician went to site and determined it was an install issue and gave the solution to fix and gave a verbal idea of cost of $1,500. Gave customer a temp fix with no guarantee how long would work and that the Custer should now go after original installer to have them cover the cost. System stopped working that night and said called fix it Frankie the next morning and left messages. I in no way am saying customer did not call but somehow I didn’t receive the calls or message. I received the Angie complaint the following day on the 11th and spoke to the rep. It did unfortunately take me a few days to call back. When I called back on the 19th I left a voice mail and no response. I then called today to follow up on the 20th and spoke to the customer. He feels it is a valid complaint. I am viewing it as an unfortunate circumstance of miscommunication possibly on both sides. I unfortunately was not able to return his call in a timely manner but at the same time we did diagnose the install issue. As our quote was a verbal ballpark price. Customer was able to find someone that was less. But from what I understand the wasn’t the issue, it was the communication error and unfortunately not returning the call to the customer after the complaint was given in timely manner. But as far as work goes nothing was done wrong on our end. gave a temp fix and that was made known to customer and a solution for a permanent fix. If customer feels that we had no solution for him then i have no problem refunding. Unfortunately our conversation had to end, customer needed to get back to work and that’s understandable. Didn’t get to the part of refund. Ultimately I’m glad he’s was able to get the problem resolved and now is comfortable in his home."
