We had another top coming right away. We were all very annoyed! The second top arrived and had some markings on a small spot that looked like corrugated grooves made from the cardboard it was packaged in. He immediately contacted the vendor again. They suggested a quick solution for the problem and promised him a new top if it didn't work. It worked just fine and my cabinet is absolutely everything I wished for! I'm so very impressed with everything these men have done. Their attention to detail illustrated to me that I was working with true craftsman. They are both perfectionists!
