The shower area had some issues with the tile work & I called them out a couple times to review the situation with a quick fix, but after several months it was clear the underlying structure under the tile was causing the problem. The first countertop came in with damage from the freight company's shabby handling. When we discovered this, Jim was right on the phone with the vendor he had ordered it from. We had another top coming right away. We were all very annoyed! The second top arrived and had some markings on a small spot that looked like corrugated grooves made from the cardboard it was packaged in. He immediately contacted the vendor again. They suggested a quick solution for the problem and promised him a new top if it didn't work. It worked just fine and my cabinet is absolutely everything I wished for! I'm so very impressed with everything these men have done. Their attention to detail illustrated to me that I was working with true craftsman. They are both perfectionists!
