Falcon ICM, LLCâ s Plumbing Superintendent (Ned Booher), planned and executed the entire plumbing package for two years at the Fields Assisted Living and Memory Care facility in Spokane Valley, WA. The building was over 46,000 square feet with 44 memory care units on the ground floor requiring extensive underground waste piping, 80 assisted living units (apartments really), a commercial kitchen, full service laundry, two salons, natural gas rooftop units and two gas fireplaces. Through meticulous forethought and planning Ned stayed ahead of schedule the entire job. The Work was installed professionally and accurately avoiding costly rework and setting a very high standard for the entire project. Ned was a pleasure to work with and has my highest recommendation.
