Even if it only lasted another season, it was well worth a second look from a trained observer like Ken. The cost for repair?... a service call. Then Landmark sent Brenovations HVAC for an AC motor replacement, and that turned into exposed wires, bolts hitting fan blades, missing parts, and complete disregard for safety near my kids? play area.
