My new home’s furnace has been having the same problem for the last two winters, and I have had the builder’s subcontractor, and two other HVAC companies try and fail to resolve condensation issue that prevents the furnace from running. "Of course, my A/c failed on one of the hottest days in July. Frankie made it to my house in the afternoon the next day, not bad by any means knowing it is a busy time. Repair was quick as it was just the capacitor. Cost wise, a little high based on my neighbor that had same problem a few weeks ago. My bill was $450- (150 service call, 300 for capacitor) neighbors company charged $275 for same service. These capacitors only cost $20-30. Perhaps service tech was in a hurry and did not want to list the other categories such as diagnostic fee and repair labor and just added those costs to the part price."

"The provider, Dylan Franz, was about 45 minutes late showing up. He brought another man with him. I thought all was going well, til I stepped out to check on his progress. The roof beams of the gazebo were damaged, especially one beam. I told Dylan this wasn’t acceptable and asked him how he was going to make this right. He suggested reinforcing the beam with another board, and he would come back after I ordered a replacement beam and replace it. I didn’t know what else to do, so I agreed, and he proceeded with the assembly. He knocked on my door around 9:30 pm to inform me that all was done and to give him a call, and he’d help me repair and correct the damage. I paid him, along with a tip for him and his fellow worker. The gazebo looked complete to my untrained eye. The sight was cleaned up with no extra materials or pieces left in sight. The cardboard boxes that the kit came in were all gone, so it looked like it was completed. I was going through the manual for the gazebo a few days later to get the item number for the damaged beam when I noticed additional items that were supposed to be on the roof. I’ve ordered and paid for the missing items, and now I am facing finding another provider to correct and complete the gazebo assembly. I’m left feeling scammed and very dissatisfied with my experience."
