I never received a written estimate or work repair order. I was told that his wife does that on Sundays and I would receive it via email. I still have not received it. The work was done and the garage door is working, but I feel as though I could have had it done cheaper and with written paperwork and a warranty. I have a standard garage door and the repair cost me $350.00 plus tax

Took him all of about 10-minutes. As we were talking about the bridge and why it was going to be installed in the washroom (instead of the garage where the instructions suggested), he shared his experience and we solved another problem, that of the garage's GFI circuit tripping regularly. He taught us how to reset the codes too and because he'd finished so quickly, decided he'd service the door since he was there. Great guy delivering great service

Because of his great Angie's List rating, I didn't try to find another service provider, just agreed to wait since we were able to get the car out of the garage. Today, the very next day he called and was able to come this morning. I didn't do too badly, and he was able to work his magic and the door works! It is quieter than it ever has been and works great. I would recommend them any time, and will always use his company when I need help

"Our garage door has been acting up and today it refused to close without holding the button down. The sensor was obviously acting up. Spenser came an hour after we talked on the phone. He quickly worked with the sensor getting it to work again. He explained that at our opener was past its average lifespan, but that it might work another ten years. He told us we could replace it now or keep playing with the sensor and hope that it will last. He never pushed us to replace the unit but clearly laid out the options. We decided to keep the opener for now and continue to work with it. Before leaving Spenser cleaned, oiled, and adjusted the unit so it is now working at top efficiency. It is much quieter than before. We will definitely be calling Legacy when it becomes time to replace the opener. We could not have asked for better service.
