"Modern Landscape did an A+ job on a complete re-landscape including a new concrete driveway, new sprinkler/drip system, sod, large stone areas, pavers, plants/bushes, mulch, raised planters and design help. I cannot say enough about how professional, knowledgeable, hard-working, and courteous the staff was. Everything was done timely, and to complete satisfaction. They really went above and beyond to educate me on watering, fertilizing, and cutting instructions as well as obtaining hard-to-find specialty shrubs that I wanted. I highly recommend this company."

"Albert was a great person to work with and his coworker was extremely helpful with the remodeling of my kitchen"

"I contacted multiple contractors when I was looking to remodel my house. Payton responded to my inquiries in a timely fashion, was willing to work with my work schedule, and communicate via email and text. He was able to offer ideas and options when I wasn't sure which way I wanted to go with a project, and has made this remodel go smoother than I expected. I would recommend Pine Top Finish Co. and will be contacting Payton again when I'm ready for the next big project."

"Stepan did a great job fixing a bad flooring installation job that was started by someone else. I am so happy with how my floors turned out."

"We hired Martha to help us choose new interior colors and carpet for our house. She has proven herself to be extremely knowledgeable about color scheme and design elements. She’s also very friendly and worked alongside us with the professionals we hired for the painting and carpet installation ensuring we were getting the right products and materials. She is available at all times and we contacted her through phone, email, and text. She is very responsive. Because she listened to our concerns and wants, we are over the moon happy with our results."
