The customer service seems good in the beginning but as you ask corrections of what needs fixing or is completed wrong, attitude, pride and youth play into the customer service and repairs. Allowing the surface to melt together and harden ensures that the surface stays durable and long-lasting. 

Outdoor kitchens get wet and are sometimes next to pools. To avoid accidents, go with a non-slip material like concrete, brick, or rubber. Avoid materials like ceramic and porcelain, as they are known to be quite slippery. Wood and composite flooring can be slippery if untreated, so make sure to stain or finish these materials.

If you wish to break up a cracked or broken paver for removal, you can use a hammer or mallet and a chisel to fragment the paver. As you’re working, be careful not to disturb surrounding pavers; the key is to work slowly and steadily and remove the broken pieces gently. You should also wear a mask and goggles to ensure that no dust gets into your eyes, nose, or mouth as you work.
