I was told by RDI that they couldn't clean my furnace, I would have to replace it at almost $4000.00. Called Flame for a 2nd opinion. He was out the next day and was honest with me, I like that I wasn't treated like a and quot;dumb womanand quot;. He explained everything and told me that he was almost completely certain that it was just dirty and needed cleaned. He showed me where the RDI guy unhooked the electrical wires to the furnace so that we couldn't even run it. Beings that our furnace is our secondary heat source we opted to fix it the following week. He showed up worked a few hours on really deep cleaning it and it works like new! There were also holes in our ducting that required some of it to be replaced. However all in all it was friendly, professional, and quick service. I would definitely recommend Flame for anyone!

It went well. Robert came to your office, during our business hours, analysed the problem, gave us a quote and when the quote was approved he ordered the needed equipment and then set up the appointment to do the tear out and then install. all was done during our business hours. Robert was very professional and friendly.
