We have been in Business for nine years, I have any where from 1 to 5 guys helping me. I like to do the biding and billing through email, but i can do it any way that works best for the job. Any type of inside work for the months of January through April i will take 15% off the job.

Concrete Repair questions, answered by experts

Water damage to a foundation often starts as a slow leak or water vapor problem that worsens over the course of months or even years. The speed at which foundation leaks worsen depends on a few factors, including your climate and location, the soil composition around your home, the foundation drainage system you have in place, if any, and the type of foundation you have. Even if you have a minor issue that’s slow to develop, it’s best to have a professional address the issue immediately.

Homeowner’s insurance doesn’t cover foundation cracks unless they’re a result of a natural disaster like an earthquake, vandalism, or a vehicle accident that causes sudden damage. Taking care of your foundation to prevent problems with expansive soil and drainage is considered ongoing maintenance, and your insurance company expects the homeowner to carry out that preventative maintenance.

Violating building codes can lead to a number of consequences, including fines, citations, and even being required to demolish the structure and start over. If your house isn’t compliant with code requirements, you can also run into trouble when it comes time to get homeowners insurance or sell your house. Following all applicable building codes will avert costly consequences.

You can buy a home with foundation issues, but understanding the extent of the problem and what solution you need is critical. If you learn that a home you’re trying to buy has a foundation problem, it’s not necessarily a deal breaker, but you should have a professional assess the issue to see how severe it is and know when to walk away from a foundation problem. Foundation issues can necessitate simple and affordable solutions or complex work that costs thousands.

Yes, foundation repairs are worth it if you have a significant problem or see signs that could worsen if not dealt with. If your foundation fails, your home can lose up to 20% of its value. Protecting your home from serious structural damage and avoiding more costly repairs later is well worth the money.
